JBAD Solutions LLC, established in 2019, is a leading expert in federal grant writing and strategic facility referendum planning for school districts and local governments across the Midwest. Under the leadership of Jordan Buss, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Business Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, the company has been instrumental in securing over $37 million in Federal funding for communities throughout the region.

Jordan's expertise stems from his firsthand experience in spearheading the successful $5.98 million facility upgrade referendum in Spencer, Wisconsin. Notably, JBAD Solutions orchestrated the incorporation of a $3.44 million Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), resulting in the establishment of a multi-purpose community tornado safe room for the Village of Spencer, while alleviating the financial burden on local taxpayers. As a longstanding Board of Education Member in Spencer, Jordan intimately understands the challenges associated with securing funding for capital projects aimed at enhancing our schools and communities.

Proud of their achievements, JBAD Solutions looks forward to further collaborations with school districts and local governments. Currently, they are engaged with five school districts in the region to implement successfully selected applications in the 2022 FEMA Building Resilient Infrastructure & Communities (BRIC) Grant Program. Over the past two years alone, the company's efforts have resulted in communities being selected for nearly $20 million in federal funding through the BRIC program.
